Are you looking for a small studio with flexible terms where you can work with your team? Our studios range from 14 sq m to 48 sq m, able to host small to bigger start-ups and enterprises. Prices depend on the size of the studio and are inclusive of service charge, VAT and business rates.
The studios come unfurnished so you can turn them into your ideal space of work to accommodate your needs and team.
All facilities are included in the contract, including a fully furnished kitchenette, lockers and secure bike storage. Access is 24/7 with a personal access card.
There is also a bookable meeting room and a break-out room that is accessible for everyone at no extra cost.
